Please tell us about what it is that you do.
I am a Licensed Therapist, NeuroMeditation Instructor, and Relationship Expert. I am passionate about people experiencing wholeness and wellness in every area of their lives.
Please tell us about ‘The Collective’
The Collective is an invitation for Black Women to experience community during these isolating times and just BE. With everything going on in this world right now, it is important that a safe space was created. A space where we can heal and grow. I share the benefits of meditation and the importance of wellness in every area of our lives (Spiritual, Mental, Emotional, Physical, Relational, Financial and Professional). I talk about the importance of self-awareness, self-care, self-love and self-compassion.
During this time we hold space for one another authentically and unapologetically. We share, we breathe, we Meditate…
The Collective will be held on Second Sunday of the Month at 8:00 pm. It will be held on November 15 and December 13. You can register here.
What are the strategies that helped you become successful in your journey?
I have become successful by being patient and trusting the process, and knowing my Why. My Why is complex. Not only do I want to see healing, wholeness, and wellness in my community, I also want to leave a legacy for my children. Learning, growing, and evolving. When I stopped thinking that every problem meant failure, I began to grow in areas that were needed.
Fantastic! So tell us, how can people find out more about you?
