Today, we have the pleasure of interviewing Stjepan Hazdovac.
Please tell us something about yourself.
I was born in Dubrovnik, Croatia. I have worked in the tourism and entertainment industry for many years in Croatia, Netherland, Italy, Austria, etc. My passion is travel, music, movies, sport, geography, history, and culture.
How did you get into what you do right now? Please tell us more about your journey.
As I always liked to travel, I was interested in different cultures, music, history, and culture. The more people I get to know, the more I realized that my goal should be to try to show people how beautiful talents are and how talented people are. There is no more noble cause than to connect people, educate them, and help them have fun doing it. That is how I came to the idea of Globe Luxuries company. Globe combines travel and real estate management. We offer our partners (property developers)management of their property and our guests, the perfect getaway. Our European journal company is based on the management of hospitality and entertainment brands.
Through the combination of our two companies, we also enable a great marketing tool for our partners, who are getting great exposure through our managed hospitality and entertainment business.
Who are your role models?
My role models are hard-working people working to provide values to the community.
What inspires you?
What inspires me is the vision of better tomorrow for my family and friends. Building a better version of myself on a daily basis and providing value to the community. Helping people achieve their dreams and to see them thrive in every field.
Please tell us about your company.
My company, Globe Luxuries, is a travel and real estate company that combines tailor-made travel experiences with property management of residential and commercial properties in tourism and hospitality businesses. We help our partners to build a name for themself and combine expertise and work ethic to provide an unforgettable experience for our guests and the best value for our clients.
Through our European Journal business, we manage hospitality and entertainment brands through our partnerships with travel businesses and other way around. Also, we provide a great marketing opportunity for a lot of brands in our portfolio, combined with both of our businesses.
What’s your most memorable experience?
The most memorable experience is the moment I realized I can help people achieve their dreams and that I enjoy doing it. And that the truth lies in serving something greater than yourself. It was my first travel to European cities when I was still a teenager, and most people I met were very friendly and helpful.
Which social media channels work best for promoting your work? What exactly do you do on the social media channel that makes it work for you?
Instagram works best to promote my work.
I show people the reality that can be achieved through other people’s stories, places, and events that are already done by others that are like my followers.
What does your typical day look like?
My typical day starts with me having my breakfast and a morning run. After a run and a shower, I try to put myself in a place of my client’s situation. Place of my partner situation, entertainers situation, real estate investor, and owner situation and try to see what I am offering them through my services and how I can provide them more value and help. I am constantly in touch with most of them. That type of open communication helps us tremendously to achieve great things.
I usually work the hardest, and my clients recognize and respect it.
What was the hardest decision you ever had to make?
The hardest decision that I had to make is to turn down partnerships because they weren’t at the same level as us. When I say my same level, I mean they were not trying to work and build with us. They were trying to make quick money, and that doesn’t align with our philosophy of creating greater and better things. As much as I wanted to be on the same page, I had to say no because of my reputation and reputation of my other clients. Let’s keep in mind that it was in our early days when our partners were not asking us to work as much as now.

What motivates you to get out of bed in the morning?
What motivates me is the belief that people are given intelligence that can make the world a better place for everyone, and we should use all of our gifts to make a better place. And if I can do my part as best as I can. Making people happy and making a difference in being a positive change to the community and an individual.

If you wish something strong enough, don’t let anyone and anything put you down. Don’t end up asking yourself what if in your old age. All of us can make a difference, and we should all celebrate each other and our differences because that makes us more unique and beautiful.
