1. How did you get into what you do right now? Please tell us more about your journey?
I founded Intact360 in 2018, when I was in Abu Dhabi. Before that, I have been working with several companies after my MBA, and I did work in Hyderabad then moved to Singapore, Malaysia, and UAE, etc. After three years of working experience from several companies, I wasn’t satisfied with myself. I wanted to start something on my own that I can dedicate myself to. I left my Job and Moved back to India. People said that it was not a wise idea to leave a job something like that and get into this.
That was the time when startups like Discord in Gaming Chat Platform, Molekule in Nano Technology and Ripple in Blockchain, and so many others were raising the standards for Innovative Startups..
I know that it was not going to be easy, but I am confident that this is what I wanted to be. I got some of the best partners I could say, who are as enthusiastic as me in this business.
2. Who are your role models?
I can’t say that a single specific person as my role model. I love and get inspired by all those people who thrive on being the best in their industries.
To name a few, Socrates, Elon Musk, and Julian Assange will be on my top list.
3. What inspires you?
My source of inspiration is constantly changing and evolving. I find inspiration from different people and a variety of things. Whenever I feel uncreative and blocked, I take time to read and do a bit of research on what I am working on. It sometimes feels so innate, especially when you are a small Entrepreneur. But, when I see those people who go for something new Innovative what other people think doesn’t work. Anything that has the potential for failure, and still they risk their lives, bring those things into this world gets my heart pumping. The goals that I am working towards keeps me focused and motivated.
I infuse a source of inspiration from one project into the next, and the outcome is always better. I get inspired by those people whose ideas, innovative works that lift other people, and reassures them in their own lives.

I do have several memorable experiences in my life. Life is all about different experiences. Out of all of them, only a few are memorable. It is quite hard to answer this question, but I can name a few here.
The day I celebrated the festival at my home with my parents…the day I decided and became a Vegetarian…the day that I Travelled abroad for the first time…got my first salary…the first time I bought gifts for my grandparents…started my company, and the list goes on.

- Building Great Relationships

Read more, don’t rely on others, take risks, and learn from the experiences.
10. How many hours do you work in a week? Is it like 40+ or 50+?
My working hours are a bit different compared to the people who are in regular jobs.
They are like 70 – 90 working hours in a week, and its the same for every week. Those numbers won’t be a surprise to those people who are on their own business, which are at the beginning phase. It will be the same for everyone.
11. Is it necessary for someone to quit their job to pursue their startup Idea?
Its a tough one and the most common one that a lot of young entrepreneurs stuck at.
When we are deciding things for this question a lot of factors come into play that includes personal and professional. You should be prepared financially and mentally for the tough situations that might face in the coming next 12 months. If you are not spending every waking minute on your business then quitting your job will not give any additional to push your business to the next level.
When things are moving quite fast and your business started getting some traction but you still want to stick to your job then this is not for you.
Be wise and think twice before deciding these things especially when you have a spouse or a family and they are completely dependent on you.
12. What keeps you going when things get tough?
The End goal always keeps me motivated. When things get tough, break them into small pieces and make small goals to keep yourself on the positive side.
There are always two kinds of situations that you can control and situations that you cannot. Focus on only what you can control and learn from those situations that which you cannot control. Always remember the tough times that build the character, and they don’t last forever.
13. How can people connect with you?
14. Any message for our readers.
Be Focused on your Goals and Be Consistent with Your work.
