Over the years, I’ve navigated through roles at T-Mobile and Amazon, where I spearheaded key innovations that profoundly impacted user experience and drove substantial revenue growth. Today, I find myself at Walmart Global Tech, where I continue to push the boundaries of what our digital and device strategies can achieve, leading initiatives that enhance how millions of associates and customers interact with our technologies. Each step of this journey has been about chasing bigger challenges and making a tangible impact on the tech landscape.
As an author, what prompted you to write “Beyond Products“?
The inspiration for the idea for “Beyond Products” sprang from a casual dinner conversation I had with Harish.
