The chip combines quantum and supercomputing technology, giving Aaron an incredible ability to interpret systems, uncover patterns, and control connected machines. These capabilities soon become a dangerous secret. His family leaves India, takes on new identities, and rebuilds its life in Australia, hoping Aaron can grow up safely.
Aaron tries to maintain the routines of an ordinary childhood, yet technological emergencies repeatedly draw him into action. When a train travels at 130 kilometres per hour with failed brakes and approaches twenty metres of missing track, he uses his abilities to save his tutor. The threat soon mutates and targets another train carrying someone even closer to him: his mother.
The mysteries continue inside a military simulator that moves through unexpected periods and locations. It shifts from 1917 to the 1944 Omaha Beach landings before reaching an alien battlefield dated 4271 BCE. An unfamiliar language appears within the simulation. Aaron responds fluently, even though nobody programmed it and he has no clear explanation for his knowledge.
His sophisticated suit presents another challenge. It can avoid cameras, infrared technology, and radar, yet an intelligent building detects heat, breathing, heartbeat, and changes in the surrounding air. Four Mysteries Reshape the TECHMAN World
TECHMAN Part Two: The Age of Intelligence and Language moves the story into a broader and more complex stage. Its four interconnected arcs explore machine-created communication, experimental medicine, international conspiracy, and a search tied to a secret hidden for 25 years.
Aaron’s investigation begins when unknown languages appear across connected technological networks. They have no documented origin, and their structures change while analysts observe them. Translation programs offer no meaningful interpretation. Even the advanced chip in Aaron’s brain has no immediate solution.
To uncover the source, Aaron creates a new system capable of tracing patterns beneath the languages. The investigation raises a disturbing possibility. Something intelligent may be writing them, adapting them, and communicating according to rules human beings have never encountered.
Inside Dr. Robert’s laboratory, Eidolon and Eidos assist with medical trials involving living patients. Bio-artificial cells designed to detect early disease identify a silent layer within the human body. The discovery attracts the attention of the United Nations, which sends Robert a unique patient.
Thomas Ashworth is 68, terminally ill, and grieving his wife of 43 years. His request reaches beyond extending his life. He wants Robert to preserve the emotional imprint created by decades of love and transfer some part of that experience to his daughter. The experiment asks whether emotion can be recorded, protected, and passed from one person to another.
Beyond the laboratory, the Phantom Syndicate has spent fourteen years infiltrating infrastructure across 47 countries. Aaron’s team converts surveillance data into physical evidence, eventually facing a mission that requires direct military involvement.
At the same time, three hunters have only 45 days to reach a single destination. Their objective has remained buried for a quarter of a century, and its discovery could threaten everything Aaron’s father has worked to protect.

We had the privilege of interviewing the author. Here are excerpts from the interview:
Hi, thank you so much for joining us today! Please introduce yourself and tell us what you do.
My name is Ricky Melwani. I am an Australian author and the creator of the TECHMAN series.
This is my second interview feature for TECHMAN, and this time the purpose is different. Rather than reintroducing myself, this conversation is about the five-day giveaway we are running for readers and what comes next for the series.
My focus with TECHMAN is not simply to introduce futuristic technology, but to explore what happens to people when that technology begins changing the way they think, communicate, survive, and make decisions.

The TECHMAN journey began with a simple idea: what would happen if an experimental brain chip, implanted to save a child’s life, eventually gave him capabilities far beyond what anyone intended?
That became Aaron Sharma’s story.
In Part One, readers watch Aaron grow from an eight-year-old child into someone capable of using the technology inside his mind in extraordinary situations.
Part Two expands the world considerably: unknown languages appear across technological systems, Dr. Robert begins human medical trials, the Phantom Syndicate grows into an international threat, and another mystery emerges around something that has remained hidden for twenty-five years.
What are the strategies that helped you become successful in your journey?
One of the most important things for me has been continuing to develop the story rather than limiting it to a single idea.
If a technology is introduced, I think about what it could lead to next. If a character gains a capability, I also think about its limitations, consequences and how other people might respond to it.
Persistence also matters enormously. Writing a large continuing series requires patience, consistency and a willingness to keep improving the work as the world of the story expands.
Most importantly, I try to keep the technology connected to human questions, because technology becomes far more interesting when the reader has a reason to care about the person using it.
Any message for our readers?
After the recent press coverage, I received messages from readers who wanted to read TECHMAN and asked whether free copies were available.
That response inspired us to make both books free for five days.
