Hello. I’m a new fantasy author. I have always loved drifting off into different realms inside fantasy books. I enjoy providing the same experience for my readers.
Please tell us about your book, The Elven Legacy: Half-Blood Heir.
Half-Blood Heir is the first book of my series. It’s about a half-human half-elf teen who grew up an ordinary orphan and finds out she has magical powers. In a realm where magic thrives, and ancient prophecies dictate the course of fate. Elora, accompanied by her loyal guardian Damien and a valiant band of allies, embarks on a quest of mythic proportions. As they journey through enchanted forests and face the perils of forgotten ruins, they uncover the truth behind an age-old mystery. But when confronted by a fearsome dragon guarding the gateway to their salvation, Elora must harness the dormant powers within her to shape the destiny of their world. With the balance between light and darkness hanging by a thread, the legacy of the elves will be defined by the courage of one young princess. I grew up reading Redwall, Lord of the Rings, the Hobbit, and similar books. These books motivated me to write my series. I wanted to create a series where you can’t put the book down until it’s finished. I enjoy using vivid imagery and do my best to keep you enticed throughout the book.
What are the strategies that helped you become successful in your journey?
Trial and error is what made me successful. My first couple of books were written poorly. I didn’t even publish them. However, the Elven Legacy Series is amazing. Be prepared to be blown away. If you enjoyed this first book of the series, I plan on writing a total of 10 books for this series. The rest of the books are full-length. I wanted to start out with a Novela.
