Without knowing how to properly blend the beat onto his phone, he improvised by playing the beat out loud while he rapped. He got caught selling a weed pen in the bathroom, an incident that resulted in him getting kicked out of school. In his words, “It felt like they were setting me up, the way he came into the bathroom silent and nobody said a thing.” This event marked a turning point, and in the aftermath, his academic performance suffered. He began skipping school, ditching classes, and getting involved in fights. He also joined and created various cliques, including 2G and KMV.
Amid these challenges, music served as both a refuge and a release. Even though he struggled with the consequences of his actions, his drive to express himself through songwriting never wavered. With everything going on, he channeled the emotions of those turbulent days into his art. This period also gave rise to the meaning behind “KMV,” which stands for “Keep Motion Valid.” This motto became his guiding principle, reminding him to stay authentic and consistently keep pushing forward—whether that meant focusing on financial goals, personal habits, or creative pursuits.
