Hi, Please introduce yourself and tell us what you do.
My name is reevesnick. I go by Alvin. By trade, I am a software engineer for a Fortune 500 Company. I’m 30 years old.
Please tell us about your Twitch Channel
My twitch channel is reevesnick. Mostly just a channel to have fun and get to talk to people while playing competitive gaming. Or just some single-player games. Although I’m not one of the top players, I wanted to push myself as I did when I was a runner.
Please tell us about your journey.
I was an elite competitive runner. I don’t know how I was able to run faster and longer than most people, but I gather that was a gift. I enjoy most things that are unusual to people. I was able to run in college while pursuing my field of study. At the time, I was able to get my degree in Computer Science and able to work with different companies. While I am happy, I wanted to explore things that are outside my main hobby. Wanted to do more streaming since I’m in a comfortable spot.
What are the strategies that helped you become successful in your journey?
Learn things that interest you. Many people come to the impression that you need to be in a group to be seen. Sometimes, being alone and following your own path will help you see the world around you. A small group will help you be successful, instead of a large group that will bring your downfall from a person just in the crowd.
