Hi, It’s great to have you with us today! Please share about yourself with our readers.

Hello, I am the creator and author of the Benny the Bear picture book series. I have a Ph.D. in behavioral psychology with a focus on emotional development, self-regulation, and positive behavior reinforcement. 

Please tell us about your book. 

This first Book, “Benny Bear’s Happy Adventure,” is the first in a series of books geared toward children aged 3-7 as they experience big feelings and learn how to identify, manage, and react to those feelings in a kind and positive way. 

Please share your journey with our readers. 

For over 30 years, I have worked with people of all ages, both professionally and personally, as they allow themselves to become the person they desire. My work focuses on transforming negative talk into positive talk about themselves, situations, and abilities. 

What are the strategies that helped you become successful in your journey? 

I am a person with no regrets; instead, I focus on the current situation and allow myself to pursue anything I want rather than what people tell me I can achieve.
